Finance Chair: Dennis Williams, Alamance

The finance committee works with the treasurer to assure that the financial principles, financial management, policies and procedures of the association are sound.

OBJECTIVES:

• Prepare annual NCPTA budget and monthly financial statements
• Develop policies and procedures for the management of the NCPTA finances
• Identify funding and resources to support NCPTA initiatives and programs.
